I took a random drug test and after i took the test i call and told my safety dept. that the test was done wrong and that the collective had the containers already open. This is in violation please see CFR 40.63 section C. I won both of my hearing thru the unemployment, they have been paying me from feburary of last year, Celadon still won't take my name of the dac report, the container were not in a seal package, both of my hearing found Celadon in violation, ***There is no official record of a chain of custody of the urine sample, they don't even have the collective name who did the drug test. I have never fail a drug test and have never been to jail, i'm a vietnam vet and have 19 years in the post office and 4 in the military, i'm am a at will employer, but i know i have a case here, because arkansas and Indiana have found them in the wrong, I just want to drive truck again.
