I have cancelled my account. There has been a charge to my credit card yet I have not received the new product. If the product has been shipped, I will be glad to return it to you promptly. I cannot afford to pay for this product due to some very hard times with my family. My husband is in the hospital and without a job and I don't have a job. It was my understanding I could cancel at (any) time and would not be charged. Please, please consider refunding my money ... please ... I had no idea I would be automatically charged 149.00 until I saw it on my charge card. As I said ... I got the .99 trial but nothing else but was charged anyway.

I ordered a "free" trial of this companys product to see if I would be interested in it. Today 3-19-2010 I recieved an e-mail which advised that I had been charged $ 169.95. When I called their "support" department I was advised that on their website there was a statement to the effect that if I did not cancel within 14 days I would be automatically enrolled in their program and charged the $169.95 one time charge. I did not receive the trial sample wnd e-mail within that time frame so was unaware of this. I went back to the web site and nowhere (short of placing another order) does it state the above terms. I did not authorise this charge and have called the credit card company to dispute charges. I did tell the "support " department that I DID NOT want to enroll and did not wish to receive any more of their product, as a result I do now have a cancellation number for ongoing product or services, and I have written an e-mail to their vrefund department demanding a full refund. I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General's office for the state of North Carolina to see if they can help also.
