I agreed to pay the shipping cost of $3.95 for the free trial ''Teeth Whitening product''. This was advertized as a free trial product.
Very fast I fund out a $3.95 charge, then $1.49(international fee), then $54.95...on my Credit Card.
Contacting my bank, I WAS GIVING A PHONE NUMBER TO CANCEL the membership??? which I did right away. But at no time I have sign for a membership nor anything else with thes people.
After all this procedure I got another @mail from: [email protected]
([email protected])
claiming that my account is remained open I and I have been billed for the price of a full bottle(never received a bottle???) as described within the terms.???
This is very ashame that such people can operate in 2010 in the USA
