Extremely expensive
Celebrity Sexy Teeth is extremely expensive, and what you get is about 1/20th of an ounce of Hdrogen Peroxide mixed with a wee bit of ordinary whiteners as found in toothpaste. It doesn't work, and the anonymous website claiming to have found it better than five or six name-brand whiteners is probably fraudulent, posted by or for the company. And the refund? go ahead and apply. You'll never get it.

False refund promises
I saw a charge on my bank statement for $99.95 and immediately called the 800#. I was told to return the product as soon as I received it for a full refund. I received the product over 30 days later and was told to email "corporate" to request permission to return the product. I was sent a response stating I could return the product for a refund. They received my return on 7-20-09. As of 10-19-09 I am told I am not eligible for a refund. Now they have their fake product and my money! They will not allow me to talk to anyone except rude customer service agents who hang up when you ask for a supervisor or a valid e-mail address.

charged me 99.99 for order not placed
The company charged me $99.99 in August for an order I did not place. I have no way to contact them. I want the charge removed. I do not want any further dealings with this company.

Don't buy its scam
This product does not work- not even a little, not at all. Fortunately I got one tube which I purchased on ebay, since the web site only wants to sell you a monthly supply..so before you ever get to test the product, you find yourself locked into a contract. The product is useless, it is a scam.

DID'NT GET MY $50..00 REBATE CANCELED AUTOMATIC SHIP AND THEY SENT PRODUCT
I puchase product that is supposed to whiten teeth, and was told I would get 50.00 rebate as an intrductury offer, when I received product I realize this i the same product that I can go to any drugstore, I figure 50.00 rebate I'll just cancel auto ship, right away.I recieved no rebate and as much to my suprise when I get home from work months later a three month supply sent and of course charged to my account. the charge was 99.00<br />
I was totally mislead .I want a complete refund.this company has no phone for complaints to this company.

Website doesn't exist.
There is not a phone number or a complete address.

Reocuring bill
I ordered one tube of Celebrity Sexy Smile Theeth Whitening from an advertisement on AOL which I received. I DID NOT request automatic reshipment of products every 90 days. Low and behold I'm balancing my check book online and I see a pending transaction for $99.99 for IONLINEORDER COM so I googled it and sure enough Celebrity Sexy Smile is just one item this web site uses to try an scam people. I also have not received the product yet that I have been charged $99.99 for. I'm also contacting the BBB about this.
