I ordered a free sample of tooth whitener from this company over the internet. Three months later a received 3 more tubes in the mail with no invoice but a $99.00 charge on my credit card. I had not ordered continuation of the product as it was ineffective. There is no telephone number on either the product packaging or the website that would allow one to contact the company to register a complaint or cancel receipt of the product.
