I recently purchased an item on from this website which I was under the impression based in the UK as the user address states co.uk. I received the item a week after the order however I was throughly disappointed with the quality as it looked nothing like the advertised item. I then contacted the site and was told to return the item to Hong Kong from which it had came and would be given a refund. I returned the item on 10/09/09 and was sent an email from the company on 18/09/09 stating they had received it and were processing my refund which I should allow 5 to 7 working days. I received my card statement 3 weeks after this time and no refund had been issued. I again emailed celebrity silver who said the refund had been intiated and was in the hands of the bank!!? As I felt this was not the case I contacted my credit card company who then opened a dispute on my behalf and credited my card with a temporary manual re-charge until the opposite party make the refund. As this is still not fully resolved I would like to make a complaint with regards to Celebrity Silver as I feel other consumers should be made aware of this website and the difficulty I have encounted obtaing a refund before they purchase anything from them.
