I purchased a Links of London bracelet, which turns out not to be a Links of London bracelet, as a gift along with several charms. The charms are complete rubbish, they haven't even managed to paint the charms correctly, attached pics of some of them.
My parcel came all the way from Hong Kong, nobody answered any of my emails I sent them as this has arrived well over a month later, I spent over a £100 in total for this.
Any advice on what I can do would be very helpful - I doubt very much I can do anything at all.
