I decided to try out this teeth whitening product as a trial and was charged a $149.95 membership fee after 14 days of ordering the product. I didn't receive the product for 7 days and immediately sent an email to cancel the membership. When I did not hear back from them, I assumed it was cancelled until this fee showed up on my account causing it to go negative. When I called and spoke with a "supervisor" they were not helpful and put the blame back on me for not cancelling before 14 days. They had no indication of my email cancellation request and were unhelpful. A complete scam and horrible customer experience. I'm telling everyone I know about this and posting as many complaints as I possibly can.
