being charged/ dont want it
i continue to be billed every month for a product that i only signed up for a trial for. i do not want it and continue to return the product. i am still being billed for it and dont know how to stop my account from being charged. this is costing me money when i dont want the product. please. . . help me.

tried to cancell
I called in April to cancell after signing up in February. I received another order in May, I called in May they said they had no record of me cancelling. They said they would cancell, now I received another order in June, I called I was told it was cancelled on May 4th.
I aske why I received another shipment this month, She said I could not have because I cancelled. However I did. This will be the last shipment because you cancelled. I cancelled in April and May. She had no direct answers. I guess I will have to call my credit card company to get this stopped,

Unauthorized charges
Celebrity White is a SCAM!!! Charged my CC $149.95 - I called and advised them of this unauthorized charge -ms. Taylor agt 073 reassured me that it will be refunded in 10-15 days or one banking cycle- Until then, I will wait on the next banking cycle I will file a POLICE REPORT and readvise my bank.
Noyhing is honest these days! I will keep you abreast of the outcome!

Scam
I ordered the "free trial" plus shipping. I did not notice the must cancel with in so many days or that you will be charged $151.00. I was charged the $151.00 after noticing it on my credit card statement. I called the company and they said I signed up for the terms and conditions. This company should be put out of business!!! I asked where is my product and they said that is just the membership fee. That does not even include any product. It should be a law that they call be for using your credit card. What a total scam.

REFUND
I ordered the trial package of Celebrity White. My checking account was charged $87.47 February 23rd and I had NOT received the product as of that date. Your add states, you can cancel your order and get your money back as long as you notify your company on or before February 24, 2010. I called on February 24th when I found the $87.47 charge against my account. As I said, I had not received any product as of that date. I spoke with a lady who told me my account would be adjusted giving me my money back and apologized for my disappointment. The cancel # she gave me was 868431 and told me it would be a matter of days before I saw my account debited. That was February 24th...he I sit March 13th and STILL NO ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENT!
I'm not saying your product isn't good...I'm saying this is NOT customer service and if this is not handled I will do my best to spread the word as to my treatment...starting with the Better Business Bureau. You can have a great product and poor business practices and you WILL not succed.
Please help me with this unpleasant experience.

Rip Off
Well, after I ordered my "FREE TRIAL" (free my a..) I found this website and immediately closed my account
for the card I used...Can't somebody do something? There should be rules and guidelines attached to the www
donchathink! We regulate everything else in this world but scammers...Can somebody tell me why that is?
This company needs to be shut down...Even craigslist has scammer alerts...I plead with everyone to STOP falling for things like this...IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, YOU CAN DAMN WELL BELIEVE IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...

These people charged my account 149.95. I called to cancel and get a refund. They told me to get on this website and explain my situation and my reason for wanting a refund. All this website does is take your complaint! Don't order anything that promises a free trial, because there is no such thing as free!

I did cancel, last March 4, 2010 Cacelation # 1008815 I have a confirmation email I cancelled and now they charged my account $149.95 for no reason. I can't get a phone number to talk to a human person, because they won't give me one.. Just this email. I need that money back in my account right away. This is a total scam!!!
