Celebrity White advertises on several sites, they advertise a .99 cent trial product but when you recieve your credit card statement, they have billed you $149.95 or more and claim that you have signed up for membership so they can continue billing your card. I did not even recieve the trial size and when you call to complain, they claim they have no record of you or their system is down. If you try to cancel via their website, you recieve no response at all even though it says they will contact you at your email address. They also have a voice mail stating that if you object to their billing your card, they will sue you for credit card fraud. From what I have read, this has been going on for some time now, why can't anybody shut these crooks down?

I ordered the a sample of the "Celebrity White" teeth whitening product approximately 2 weeks ago. I was not made aware that if I didn't cancel within 14 days that I would be charged for a membership fee of $149. I called the company for a refund and was referred this email address. The funds are pending in my account and I need the amount refunded to visa credit card ending in 7180.
