FRAUD
Be carefull when you request the free trial they use your credit card # and you then start getting charged for other companies and they lie about it saying they are a legitimate company.

Scam
I ordered this product online, Celebrity White Teeth, and thought I was just getting a sample by paying the shipping only. Then they billed my credit card for $169.95 as a membership fee. Since I did not cancel within 14 days, I have to pay the membership fee reguardless. I can only talk to a customer service person on the phone. The managers you can only reach by email. The company ships out of Florida but is based in Greece. I am not getting anything for my money. I do not recommend this product at all.

Gross Over Charge/Free Samples...Not Free
To Whom It May Concern,
My wife was surfing the internet and noticed this "White Teeth" promo. It stated that you would receive free samples of a new whitting product for your teeth. The only thing you had to pay for was shipping. I submitted my information along with payment (I used my credit card). Well looking over my most recent statement, I noticed a payment of $87.47 was made to "White Smiles" which is a subsidiary of "Celebrity White Teeth".
Please refund my account the amount of $87.47 immediately! Let it be known that I will not authorize any payment to "White Smiles" or any other sunsidiary of this company. If this amount is not refunded I will take legal action to the full extent of the law.

Credit Card Fraud
This company promises to sen you a free trial teth whitening kit for just the shipping price. According to the website you have 14 days to try the product and then a "membership" fee will be charged. I had $169.95 charged to my credit card. I had literally just received the product, and no contact information was listed. There was also a bogus UPS label listed. When I called UPS to track the delivery date, they said that the tracking number did not exist in there system. According to the customer service agent, they said that the trial period started the date of the order. How could I review a product I didn't have?
I have my credit card company disputing the charges with no success so far.

refund of funds taqken without my authorization from my account
ordered sample product for 4.00 dollars was charged 149.99 without my knowledge, no waqy to contact company for refund .

Scam
This company is a scam. They advertise a trial sample for 99 cents. When you get it you are agreeing to a monthly contract of $149.99 but they make it clear that you can cancel at any time. When you get the product it is nearly 10 days later. I received mine on a Friday and attempted to cancel the monthly agreement immediately. I could not speak to anyone by phone but did leave a voice message. I also cancelled via email. I reciedved an email that I had to speak to someone in order to cancel. On Monday when I finally got someone on the phone and did cancel it, they told me it was too late for the first month and the charge would stand. I argued back and forth via email and phone cals and they refused to refund my money saying I waited 10 days to cancel. Because I could not actually speak to someon (not my fault as I tried) then I stuck with the charge. It is indeed a scam. I wish to let as many people know about this so they will not fall for the same thing.

money loss
I ordered the free tube of celebrity white teeth with $0.99 shipping fee. I received the product on 2-26-10, on 2-09-2010 I was notified by my credit card company that celebwhiteteeth had attempted to charge me $169.95 on my account I was told what steps to take and followed them to the letter.Icalled on 3-09-2010 and talked to a supervisor named Mark (#011) he told me everything would be cancelled immediately and gave me the cancel #1016059, yesterday I received my credit card statement and guess what, my credit card company paid them the $169.95. What do I do now?

They ripped me off like everyone else
This company is filled with filthy swine that withdraw your money without your permission. They know they are swine. The filth of the earth. They thrive by ripping people off. Reading all of these complaints only confirms that they are viscious scammers. May they rot in hell. These foul excuses of human beings. I like everyone wants there money back.

Incorrect charge
I ordered this product on line on March 16, 2010. I received the product approximately 6 days afterwards. It stated that I had until March 30, 2010 to cancel the membership charge. Today is March 30 and when I got home from work today at 1:00 p.m. MST I had a call from my credit card company about a possible fraud charge to my card by these people. I called the Celebrity White customer service immediately and spoke with agent James and told him that I had planned to call today as soon as I got off work to cancel this membership. He informed me that I was suppose to do this before 11:00 a.m. EST. The charge was made to my card before 9:00 a.m. MST. I explained to him that absolutely no where in my documentation that I printed from when I placed the order did it specify that I had a certain time to call before to cancel. He said that they would attempt to process the cancellation and refund but he couldn't guarantee I'd get my money back!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RIP-OFFS!!!

over charge did not order
i was charged .99 for a trial sample and was also charged $149.95 for this product plus $ 4.50 international transaction fee. i never received this product. These charges were debited from my checking acct on 2/26/10.
