Fraud and Cheeting
Internet online cheeting. Without my permission they charged 169.95. I signed for 0.99 trail sample, I have not even received the trail sample, but after 15 day I saw my account, they charged another 169.95. When I called they said it is written in terms and conditions. This is perfect internet scam and cheeting.

Scam to get you in a Membership
This company charged my credit card for a sample that i ordered, 99 cents, which I did approved. BUT, then, they went an extra step further to enroll me in a membership that I did NOT approve!! And then said my trial membership ran out (which I didn't know I even had!) and that I couldn't get refunded what they charged me for the membership, $169.95! What a SCAM! Ninety-Nine cents turned into almost one hundred and seventy dollars! I've had to cancel my credit card account, get another one re-issued and talk with about 4 people from this company to TRY and get a refund, which they declined to do. And work with my bank on how to get this refund processed on my end. This has caused me great financial distress and am still trying to resolve this in some manner on my own now.

Bait and Switch Tactic, Scam
This company promises a 'free trial' to anyone who will pay shipping charges. The shipping is a reasonable charge. The product received is a small sample and as far as I have been able to tell, is worthless. Following receipt of the sample, my card was charged $151.00 and I was enrolled in a membership costing $12.95 per month . . . to receive more product!! It is true the charge and the membership were detailed on the website, below the line where you click 'send my order'. I did not scroll down that far; I think that was their plan. When I called to cancel everything and request a refund I got stalled and told I couldn't do that. I did get the membership canceled, but refund of the $151 was refused. I can only urge everyone to beware of this scam. I wish I had seen this complaint board before I took the bait.

LOW LIFE SCAMMERS
YES.. I AM ONE OF THE IDIOTS WHO THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE A FREE SAMPLE(NEEDING TO PAY A SHIPPING CHARE, OF COURSE).. THEN WAS CHARGED 149.95 FOR A ONE TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT THEY SAY THEY SO CALLED PUT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.. WHICH I READ! AND WHAT I READ WAS THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED 12.95 A MONTH AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR WHATEVER PRODUCT THEY WOULD SEND ME MONTHLY. OF COURSE AFTER CONTACTING THEM THROUGH EMAILS TWICE AND THEN RECEIVING A PHONE# FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED SINCE IT WAS INDICATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT THERE IS A MEMBERSHIP FEE... I NEVER SAW IT! IT WAS NEVER IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME AFTER CONFIRMATION OF MY FREE SAMPLE! I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I RESOLVE THIS AND THEIR COMPANY SHUTS DOWN OR I AM REFUNDED!

unfair practices
This company insists on billing you regardless if you followed the rules. Even though I cancelled this immediately afteer placing the order, they still billed my account the $149.00. I cancelled again and they complied but refuse to reimburse the initial charges.

Removed funds from my account after cancellation
Signed up on line for free product trial and agreed to shipping costs. I gave my card info out to cover the shipping fees only on Feb. 20, 2010. Having not received the product by Feb. 27th I called to cancel order and subscription. Shipping charges were promptly charged to my account. On March 10 $149.95 was taken from my account for a yearly subscription fee. I tried to explain that the product had not arrived until March 10th and the trial period had already expired as well as the fact I had requested the cancellation. I was told I had to contact the refund request by e-mail. Twice I was given a bogus e-mail address that brought up the message that the e-mail could not be found. The only phone number I have for this company is 877.262.4128. Calling there is a very frustrating attempt at communication.
I need help. A related company (wealthbuilder) charged my card $40.00 for a service I never signed up for. I think I am slowly being drained of funds and don't know how to get it stopped.

unauthorized charge
I received product on 3/3/10 and didn't open it until 3/5/10. That's when I noticed my time to cancel was up on 3/4/10. I called as soon as I was able to cancel because I had just received the product and hadn't even had a chance to try it out to determine if I even wanted to continue receiving it or not. I was told at that time that this was not a problem and given a cancellation number of 996678 and specifically told that my account would not be charged. I thought this was all taken care of when, this evening, I checked my old e-mail account for mail and noticed that my account was still going to be charged. I called again and explained what had happened. This time I was told that I would have to request a refund via e-mail and again given a cancellation number of 996679 and told again that my account would not be charged. If I find out that my account is charged anyway, I will definately fight it. This is obviously a scam. I mean, who doesn't give a customer a fair amount of time to try a product out before expecting them to submit to a contract for future products? Also, the trial period should start once the product is received...not when it was ordered, because the mail doesn't always arrive in a couple of days...plus, how do we know that it's actually sent out on the order date anyway? I hope I have no more trouble with getting my account credited if it was charged. Thank you.

Scam-not sure they are a company
Do not buy from this company!! They will scam you, and they are connected with another company called My Ever Brite Smile. PLEASE, report to your state's Attorney General if you have been scammed by either of these companies. If enough people stand up and complain, hopefully we can get a class action lawsuit started. I posted a complaint on My Ever Brite Smile as well, you can read more about them there. But Celebrity White Teeth is a scam-I called and asked for a supervisor-they said they couldn't let me! Then I asked for info about their company (where they were located, their CEO, etc.), they could not give me an answer!!!
