I ordered a free (99cent shipping fee) teeth whitening pen from this company. Was told that I must cancel in two weeks if I no longer wanted to receive additional pens. Did not receive pen until 8 days after ordering, and then had to use it on an off again on again basis because it was causing the blisters inside of my mouth. So, technically, I was over the two week limit. However, when I called to cancel further pens, I was informed that my credit card was being debited to the tune of $149.99 for not cancelling my "club" membership in time. I was astounded and told "Mike CSR#132, that this was not right, and that I planned to contact the IL Attorney General's Fraud Office and the Better Business Bureau. He gave me the Cancellation #814040 and recommended contacting "[email protected]" requesting a refund. This I did, and was immediately sent an e-mail informing me that the charge was "legal" because I missed the "deadline, " and there would be no refund forthcoming. When I called my credit card company to request that payment not be made, they informed me that the charge had come from a company in ARGENTINA! Whoever denied the refund also told me to go to another website to read the "contract" where I had agreed to the $149.99 charge (which I had never seen before). When I went to this website, it said, "This site no longer available." Something is definitely wrong with this entire set-up.

Wanted to try product. Did not work for me and I returned product as soon as I received. I cannot afford the amount charged for this product and would appreciate a refund for $149.95. I returned product next day after receiving it.

I ordered the .99 cent free trial of celebrity white teeth and was charged a fee of 149.95 on my debit card they dont tell you that there going to charge you this "membership fee" anywhere except on the website in very small print in which you have to open in a new window it does not tell you in any of the papers they send you, in any e-mail or anything they took the money without my permission and i see tons of other people complained about the same exact thing. we all deserve to get our money back and there website needs to be shut down.

I ordered this product and it took a week and half for me to recieve, by then by "trial" had expired so I was charged $169.95. I called them and they said an extention was put on my trial but I was still charged $169.95. I refuse to pay this, I want a full refund!!!

The company offers a free trial but then charges $169.95 for a life time membership. The refund process is difficult and there charges are not clearly stated on their website
