I was scammed out $169.95 for a Membership or subscription I didn't even order! I was automatically charged this amount without my permission or authorization. When I read their Product Return info (only; because this was the only info I needed to know when purchasing a product) in their Terms and Conditions notice. It said nothing about me being charged $169.95 for Membership in addition to my .99 cents product trial purchase charge (I didn’t need to read their Membership info, because I didn’t order or subscribe to a Membership.

After praying and asking God to help me, and by requesting and demanding a refund; I was given a refund, because I told the manager that I was going to take legal actions against them if they refuse to give me a full refund. The manager (Spring) informed me that I will get my $169.95 refund, but it will take 3-7 business days to process.

I requested that they cancel my account info so that no other or additional charges would be charged to my account/Debit card; she said that she had canceled my account and that no future changes will be charged to my account/debit card. I called their toll free number at 877-245-153 and their 2nd number at 877-262-4128 and spoke with Customer Service Rep. (Chris) to confirm account cancelation and to again request that my account be closed and for no future charges to be charged to my account. This company is a FRAUD and is SCAMMING people out of their money via the Free Trial product order (They deceive you by making you think that you are getting a Free or .99 cent product to try, then they secretly charge your account for a Membership you do not want and did not order or subscribe too).
