overcharged

I had a "free trial" of this product with satisfaction guaranteed. I was not satisfied and cancelled my membership within the guidelines. I was assured of a refund. My confirmation number is :3405430. I was not refunded my original $29.95 but was charged another $29.95. The total refund now should be
$59.90. I expect prompt attention to this matte. Thank you Mary Crosson

Unauthorized auto order account

I ordered a product called "Celebrity*Sexy*Teeth" (https://www.celebritysexyteeth.com/) from the company "Ionline.com" in November of last year (2008). It was a onetime order for a small bottle of tooth whitener at about $50. The process tries to entice you into buying 3 tubes for $100 but I opted for the single tube. On February 20th at about 5:15 pm, I was reviewing my online checking account and saw a charge of $99.99, which I did not recall making. I went the website Ionline.com and it was then that I realized I had been taken advantage of. I called my bank, but they told me I had to wait for the charges to go through to see if the company would give me a refund. There is no phone contact information, only the request to cancel the auto process, which I did not initially authorize. I will not do any business with this company again. Avoid them.
