I had ordered the free sample was charged for the free shipping. The third day after I had ordered it I called and cancelled the automatic enrollment and recieved a confirmation number that was e-mailed to me. In the e-mail I recieved it said I was not to be charged anything further. Well two weeks afer my order of the free sample I recieved an e-mail from them on my cell phone telling me of their charge of $169.95 to my bank acount. So what did I do, called the customer service of course, I was then directed to e-mail all my info. and cancellation# to their refund e-mail adresse. I then recieved an e-mail back from them telling me to call a diffrent 1-800# that was to be the refund hotline. So I called, was told to be patient and would recieve my refund within 3-10 busines days. I waited 12, constantly checking my bank account balance, nothing! So I went to the bank and they told me I ha dto wait thirty days to file a merchant dispute. I waited, still never got my money, so I filled my dispute and its now two and a half months later and I am still waiting for my money to be returned back to me.

JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOW THESE PEOPLE SHOULD ALL BE FINED FOR RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.. I ordered the free trial supply and NO where did it have you must cancel within 14days.. I have a copy of the aid I found this product on.. I was charged 149.95 for some membership for something.. What a JOKE.. I then called and canceled and they have no record of the call(how convenient) . They change the name so you can't catch up to them.. SO WHAT EVER YOU DO.. DO NOT FALL INTO THE CLUTCHES OF THESE CROOKS.. PLEASE PASS THE WORD !!!
