I was sent a package from you that should have been a sample product but you sent me a kit costing me $87.47. I return the product back on the 23rd of March. It was receive and sign for on 26th of March and I haven't received my refund yet. I thought I was making contact with you on these listed dates: 3/23, 3/30, 3/31, 4/5, 4/7, 4/8 and 4/16 but I was told today that I have been calling the wrong company (EverBrite Smile, but all of this time they told me my refund would be put back in to my bank account and today they said I was no longer able to get a refund. They would not give me your phone number so I have not been able to talk to anyone representing your company. Since the receipt of the product was made and signed for within 8 days I feel that you are obligated to send me my refund along with a customer service number in order that can be able to contact you. This matter has caused my bank to put my account to be overdrawn mainly because this was charged on my Bank's Visa card. Your reply to this matter is expected immediately.
