I ordered the trial tube - $.99 and then a FOREIGN services fee... Per the website the item was made in the US and based in the US... LIES...
I called within the alloted 14 trial period and requested my account to be cancelled - They said the account was cancelled.
The product Made me ill. I was phyiscally made ill from the use of the product.
The next bank statement I received shown a debt on my account of $149.95, I called that day and inquired - They said they were sorry and they would have the refund back to my account with in 30 days.
The 30 days came and went and still no money deposited.
I called them again - "I am sorry there was a glitch in the system and the refund was not fully processed, please allow another 30 days for the processing of the refund." EVEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH A SUPERVISOR.
I then was calling weekly to get a status update. They said I would have the money by 5/31/2010 - when it did not show up in my account I called again... Please allow until the end of the next week and the funds will be deposited ... The day is here and STILL NO REFUND... I call the company again and am told by the Supervisor that they are No longer allowing refunds... WHAT?!?!?! --- Where are the Watch dogs on this! ... Why are they able to be fraudulently drafting the accounts of hard working AMERICANS?????

They have drafted $149.95 and $12.95 from my account - it looks as though they finally have the membership cancelled HOWEVER THEY ARE CROOKS, THEIVES and DISHONEST!
