These people need to be investigated
These people need to be investigated. I ordered the free celebrity white teeth whitening product just shipping 2/13/10 of $3.99 over my iphone and entered my information including email and address. I rec'd the product and did not recieve the email or see the small print on my iphone at the time of a contract that obligated me to an additional charge by 3/5/2010 if I did not cancel of $149.95 to my credit card on file. I never rec'd any email with this information and I saw my charge online against my account and immidiatly called customer support for a refund. They took a message on voice mail and I called 4x so I wrote to customer support my complaint and they said today to call them to cx my membership. I called and they canceled and said no refund either so I do not get refund and I do not get product for my charge to my account. How can this be legitimate business. I am going to contact the State Attorney office and do what I can to publish this awful business practices. They keep refusing my product and refusing the refund. How can this be legal in any means?

fraud
I ordered a trial of celebrity white tooth whiteing for 99 cents plus s&h. I never received the trial product and the company debited my bank card for 175.05.
I have e-mailed and called and was told I could not get a refund because the trial period was 14 days, And I did not call until after that date. Since I never received any product and was still waiting for the trial.
I have been defrauded out of $175.05. I am a 69 yr. old woman on social security. I never would have considered such a purchase as I am on a limited income.
Is there no recourse for getting my money refunded.

no membership paperwork and charged $149.00
I had ordered this product as a trial test to see if i liked it, and all of a sudden they are charging me credit card $149.00 for not canceling the membership, who the heck has a membership for teeth whitening, this is def a scam especially now that im reading im not the only one, i havent' received any emails or teeth whitening, and the best is the my CHASE credit card is not putting a dispute in ..Wait till i email them this website to check out!

Received a fraudulent charge on my Visa for a tooth whitener. Don't know who these people are and never ordered a tooth whitener or anything else from them. Had to cancel my credit card. Be forewarned!

Unauthorized Charge on Credit Catd
Was charge for sample of their product plus shipping in which I authorized. Never received product then a month later billed 149.95 for something I am unaware of. I want my money back!
