I purchased a set of house #'s from Kelvin Schartz, owner of Celestial Artworks, at an art festival in Houston, TX on October 19, 2008. As a prerequisite to my purchase, I shared with Mr. Schartz that my wife and I would need our product delivered no later than the week before Thanksgiving. Mr. Schartz informed that that this would not be a problem, and that I would be able to expect delviery within two weeks of my purchase.

Exactly two weeks later to the day, I received a call from Mr. Schartz indicating that he had forgotten what product I ordered and that he needed me to remind him of what I wanted so that he could start my order. He, at this time, assured me that my order would be ready and would ship out to me within one week.

Exactly ten days after this, my wife called to confirm that our product had been produced and was on its way to Houston. At this time, Mr.Schartz indicated he had not begun working on it, but he assured her that it would arrive in Houston no later than Friday, November 21st. When, on this date, my wife called to inquire about the status of our shipment, we learned that Mr. Schartz had yet to begin building our order.

When we asked about the possibility of expedited shipping, Mr. Schartz said he could, but would not because of the extra cost; and he proceded to hang up the phone on my wife, who had not so much as raised her voice. When I called Mr. Schartz to discuss, he refused to answer or return my calls. In email correspondence he has indicated that he will not tell me when I can expect my product to be delivered; stating that he would not "bow" to me.

This fraud has my money, is refusing to make my product, is refusing to tell me when I can expect my product, and will refuse to talk to me about itÃ�¢??choosing instead to hang up the phone on my wife, who has never so much as even raised her voice with this lunatic.
