I'm not sure why I still am a customer of cell c.
I lost my phone 3 weeks ago. I reported it promptly. I've had very little communication from Cell C.
I've also had to re-submit my insurance claims many times. This was no fault of mine. Cell C did not inform me (on the initial phonecall reporting the incident) of what documentation I needed.
To date, I still am without a phone. Inspite of all the calls I HAVE MADE to cell c they still refuse to speed things up or to inform me of what is going on.
I asked to speak to one of the managers/a supervisor - only to be asked "In connection with what, may I ask" .. THE AUDACITY!!! When I tell the person, they say: "It won't make much of a difference as the supervisor will merely email the person dealing with your case asking them to contact you, just as I have done. Not much more than that can be done."
What kind of pathetic customer service is this?? I am horrified at the way cell c treats their PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!
I've had another one terrible experience with the same division and unfortunately I have to deal with them again.
I will most definitely cancel my contract with them in due course. I can't stand their terrible service anymore!!!
