CELL C- everything falls to deaf ears: !!!
To the point: after sending two emails, smsing to Cells's call me back complaint short code, visiting the REDBULL Cell C mobile store, the Cell C customer office off rivonia road (Opposite Maritz brothers), and visiting Dion Wired Hyde park where i bought the device, NO-ONE gets back to me or can answer my question. I have also been told from an anonymous source that CELL C know there is a BUG IN THE DEVICE, but them or HUAWAEI cannot solve it.
Please CELL C - ALL I want is my PAID FOR DATA to work when its meant to work.
I have many screen shots where I have full signal BUT NO CONNECTIVITY.
