This company offers to buy your used cell phone(s) for cash. I sent my phone to them on November 4, 2009, it was accepted, verified but no check was cut. I have sent multiple emails attempting to contact the merchant and finally a year later and this is the response:

From your perspective we can understand your frustration and no apologies are necessary. We would agree that a year to resolve your issue is ridiculous .
