I ordered 2 Nextel ic502 Swivel Cell phone belt clips online from www.cell-phone-accessories.com on June 29, 2009.
On July 8, 2009, I received the following e-mail:

Thank you for your email. Your order has been shipped, you should receive it later this week."
I sent the company another message on July 13, 2009:
"I still have not received this order. I need the order number and a tracking number if there is one. Also, I need to know the date when this order shipped and and where it is being being shipped from.
Please call me at (phone number removed for security reasons) or e-mail me at (e-mail address removed for security reasons) regarding this order."
I then received the following reply on the same day (July 13, 2009):
"Thank you for your email. We will re-ship the order today. You should receive it in 3-4 days"
I replied to the e-mail address given ([email protected]):
"That sounds like an EXCELLENT idea!!! Ship it TODAY!!! Why was I told in the e-mail dated JULY 8, 2009 that the order has been shipped and that I should receive it later that week??!!"
