I am being charge $9.99 a month for solow that I did not authorized. It just showed up on my bill, I wan all of my money back for the unauthorized charges.

I returned a phone Nokia x3 4 times to cell c software errors .The phone was given in at The Glen. I do not know why Cell c cant replace the phone with a new phone. The Nokia x3 is a problem phone .I would prefer not getting the same phone back. The previous complaints you did not get back to me. Not sure why all the advertisements but the customers are not being helped the way they advertise the service.
I am not sure why it is a problem in replacing the phone .This phone was not even two months old when there was software upgrades done on this phone .
I think they should remove the nokia x3 from th0 market untill they know what is wrong with these phones. Why cant Cell c make the decision if they can see that I had this phone returned back 4 times.

This complaint concerns T-Mobile's misrepresentation of services and customer service. I have a T-Mobile cell phone with prepaid minutes. On 3/29/2011 I added minutes to my phone. I was told $100 would buy 1000 minutes and I would also get a 15% bonus of minutes. The 1000 minutes were added to my account but the 15% bonus minutes were not added and have still not been added. When I inquired today as to why the bonus minutes had not been added, I was told they are automatically added and they should be there. After a 15 minute discussion with the T-Mobile reprensative I was told to call customer service. I called customer service and after about 10 minutes I finally talked to a person (Emanuel) who told me my $100 purchased only 850 minutes and the 1000 minutes added to my account included the bonus minutes. I received an pre-mailed envelope to a Wireless Redemption, Brentwood, Tn. I mailed the envelope on February 6, 2011. I have not received my refund. I mailed a blackberry, it was red.

I purchased a phone from MetroPcs in March of this year and was promised a refund of $20. I completed the initial form that was part of my new phone. It was located in the box. After months of not hearing from them, I called their 800 number to see how I can receive the refund. The person that I talked to seemed pretty rude. This was her reply, "go on the website under refund and print it off. Their is not such site.

Very disappointed.
