Verizon kept charging me for services that I was not even using, they were charging me from day one of service, I kept paying them. I was customer with Verizon for longer then I could remember, it has been for atleast 10 years that I have been with them. I had enough so I called to cancell service, I was told that I would have to pay around $600 to get out of contract so I paid because I was sick of being scammed by Verizon. They called me after I cancelled to try and get me back as customer, I told them I was stuppid for letting them scam me for years but there was no way that I was going back so that I can get scammed again and besides don't you think that someone that would be willing to spend over $600 to get out of contract did so not because they enjoy spending money but because they were truly tired of being ripped off. I only paid so that the scum buckets wouldn't mess up my credit. It was to much trouble to go to court and fight, besides I was slammed by MCI years ago, they switched me to there phone service without ever talking to me or gettting me to aggree. I was charged for same phone calls from both Verizon that was my home service provider and by MCI that was not for around 5 months. I was being double charged for my phone service. I took MCI to court, I won in court but never recieved the money back from MCI even after judge said they had to return the money. I only paid MCI so that they wouldn't ruin my credit. I feel credit is the most import thing, you must do everything possible to not let even scam artist like Verizon or MCI ruin. It is sad that big companies can hold you hostage by telling you to pay or they will ruin your credit. You can fight in court but why bother when they won't even return your money.

My now second phone within a year has now died, they told me they were ovedrnighting me yet my third phone, that was Wednesday, I have yet to recieve it. This is Sunday. I had to go buy a go phone for 30.00. just to keep my calls coming in, I could not up grade because I have a year left on my contract, or I could spend hundreds on it. I am sick of paying for something I can not use. I also am tired of the operators not speaking good english as it is very hard to understand them. I can not wait to hear back from at&t and hear their new excuse for this one. I am tired of paying too much and getting nothing in return.

5 months back my dad lost his cell phone. But still 4 months it was switched off, now its on and somebody received mobile and he not ready to give back that.
