Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchased Sony Ericsson 550i model & it works very good for 2years.

One day it's screen get white & there are no functions other than alarm.

So i submitted my cell in Sony ericsson service centre in KUKATPALLY Hyderabad S. V. Communication . The Concerned person is told that Estimate Amt is Rs. 1350/- .

But i done one mistake that i told him if the charges are more pl call me or stop repairing. But he done same thing, after 4-5 days when i am gone for delivery he is telling that some other problems are also there & the estimate amt is Rs. 3800/-

So we are blindly give the money whatever the service center is telling, even if he change the original parts & put old parts.

Then i am told that person that u give me new estimate amt & phone status but he is not agree to give.

Sir, i am really telling u that i am staying one hr i saw more than 5 to 6 same type of complaints. That center decreases the reputation sony ericsson very very fast.

I am try to talk with customer care but they are doing the same thing, they trying time pass, they are telling they transfer the phone but it didn't even after 5mins and if we are disconnect & connect again new person is lifting the phone & he stated form start...

So please look in to the matter, give me justice .
If i am not getting justice i will go to media & i get justice at any cost .

I was really happy with your mail below, but my happiness short lived. I started receiving calls from Chandigarh number : +911724305946, one guy who has bloody mallu accent informs that i m fraud and he's ordering me to pay the bill for the some chennai number.

This is totally unprofessional behavior by Airtel, people from collection using slangs online and ordering their customers to pay the bills. Hope ur quality team is monitoring these calls and providing appropriate feedback to the CSR's.

This person calls me about 50 times in a day. First time when he calls i pick the call and inform that the number does not belong to me but he's not ready to listen to me. Later I dont pick his calls. Today he calls on my landline i had given my landline number for 9845712038, how can Airtel reveal my personal information or numbers for some other number.

I had 121 and spoke to Seshu (supervisor) at customer service and he assured me that will sort this by evening.

I am really pissed and disappointed with your service only reason why i m not leaving Airtel is that i have been using this number for about 5 years and till a week ago the service was good but not i m forced to leave Airtel.

I have made payment for my number today and will not pay for any other number. Hope this is clear to Airtel.

I can sue airtel for providing wrong resolution to customers, you send me a mail stating will not receive any more calls but after couple of months i start receving the same.

You guys need to have co operation among your own departments.

Waiting for your response, if satisfied will stay else i m leaving Airtel soon. Thank you for your rubbish service.

the wrong phone
I bought a cell phone Motorola z3 from cellhut company with the agreement that the phone will be unlocked and US version.<br />
However, I received a z3 which was designed for the domestic China market, the keyboard was chinese symbols and the software was also chinese and the user manual was in Chinese language. When I told them of the problem, they were angry and told me to download the English version of the user manual from the internet . In fact, I paid them for the phone above the market value yet I got a junk worth nothing.<br />

Withheld rebate
Bought 2 new cell phones and signed up for new service. Cricket advertised $50 visa debt card rebate with purchase if kept service 45 days. I completed rebate forms and mailed all required docs. Been with them 3 months now and just received one card. A letter came saying I had interrupeted service and could not honor the $50 card. I am so tired of cheating, thefting, scoundrels. Why can't they be honorable and do what they said they would do? On top of this the service sucks. There is a reason they are cheap.

cell phone got stolen in local train
Respected Sir,
I Mahipal Shanklesha wants to register a complaint of my cell phone which got stolen in the local train.It got stolen while travelling from mulund to kalyan through ambernath bound train departure 1:49pm from mulund.as i got down at kalyan station platform no.2 at 2:25pm i found that my mobile phone has been stolen from my pocket.The model no. of cell was NOKIA N85 and its IMEI NO is 356376021742840.I had also filed a complaint in kalyan Railway Police Station bt no reply i hav till now from them.sir, its my 2nd cell phone which got stolen in local train so please co-operate with me and help me in tracing my cell phone as its worth Rs 24000/- and my family is very angry on me.

contract scam
I went to the tmobile site ang signed up for a monthly-billed flex pay account. I asked 4 different representatives to be sure that this was NOT a contract. Each assured me that it was simply on a month-to month basis no strings attached. So tell mw why is it when I went to cancel they said it would cost me 200 dollars to cancel my contract?

Contract? I signed NOTHING and
I agreed to NO CONTRACT

The representative said that I agreed to a 2 year flex pay contract by ordering a discounted phone. I don't see that information written even in the tiny print anywhere on my order form or any paperwork.

What can I do legally?

FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MINUTES FOR TAKING SURVEYS FROM VIRGIN MOBILE "SUGAR MAMA" AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. getting text messages that are being sent that should`nt be sent dont need to be sent and beging charged to statement that dont need to be there i dont appreate what is being sent to the phones and i want it to stop now and i also want what is is beging sent on the phones coimplely taken off i dont want it to be on the statement on nothing i do not want you to have none of the text messages at all i want it to toalty stop completly

I see something on my Sprint bill about CSW Ringers and I have never even dealt with you all. I need to speak with someone that will assist me in removing this charge from my phone bill. I have never used this service and don't plan to. Someone needs to contact me!! If not its no problem at all, I will find you all.!!!
