I ordered a program to enable me to download ring tones and pictures onto my cell phones. I checked to make sure it was compatable with my phones. They added on shipping costs after I approved the purchase on the next screen, this should be done before you okay purchase. They mailed my order and it was not useable with my phones so I contacted them same day. I was treated to sub-standard customer ? service. It was more like customer dis-service, as they e-mailed back with a few ideas, like buy a new phone from them and try to download a newer version of the program.
After all said and done I decided to return this unuseable program and they stated they would give 100% refund and pay for return shipping. I have returned the product and am still awaiting the shipping refund. I just think that if you deal with people in a bad service manner that the public should know about it. I got taken for $5 but I do not want to see others get hurt for more.
I just want people to be able to make an informed choice and I think this business should be put out of its misery.
