I am tired of the high charges, restrictions and contracts, and scams these companies present and then to add insult to injury extremely poor and rude customer service reps, that threaten and not to mention the charges that are unwarranted! We need more people taking the time to file actual claims to the government with details and to stand up for fair practices relative to cell phone services!!! Here are some links to get started:

While banks and credit card companies are being monitored for unruly fees now why does the wireless and cell companies get to gouge us still - just like oil and gas!!??? Something is not right here!
