I ordered a case of Montes Pinot Noir in October 2008 and when I didn't receive it within 2 weeks, I began to complain to them. Often I could not get anyone to respond, but did get women twice and a man also on two occasions. The story was that there was a strike and it was about to be settled. This went on through December and I still don't have my wine. I'd like to know what can be done to go after these people.
