After speaking to a consultant a mobile phone was sent to my house while I was not around, but my sister recieved it on y behalf. On my arrival home I realised that the phone is not what I though it was, i.e it did have all the functions I expected. I then phoned 086 144 7766 twice on separate days and requested them to cancel the contract (Order Ref no: CC-722439). They had both promised to come back to me and the third time I phoned their network was down and they could not access my information.
The worst thing that has just happened to me is I got a call from their debit office telling me that an amount of hundred and something rand is owed by me, whereas durring my conversation with the consultant was I will pay R30.00 for the first four months and then hundred and something afterwards.
The phone has been lying at my place for a month or so and I am willing to pay R300.00 for their services as mentioned outside the package, which is still sealed.
