I am a very faithfull customer regards to the requirements concerning payments on my account and I am coming on quite a long way with you .I am writing to you as I am very dissatified with your service in return to to me as a loyal customer.I have reasontly send my Cellular phone twice in one one month for the same fault.I dont have my phone almost a month now which I am paying for? I have not receive a courtesy phone as such .Not in the first instance neither in the second?My phone is at Promenade Mall branch in Mitchell, s Plain and puchase it at bayside MALLS BRACNH.IT is a Nokia E71 and just have now for one year.
