Do not do business with these people
Andy Hinkle is a joke. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I have called every day for over a month and no one has returned a call. I have emailed the president of the company and got no response. I have called the operator at the business and she connects me to people's voicemail. I'm convinced no one actually answers phones there. They just let it go to voicemail then dont return it. Do Not do business with these people. They are criminals. They have basically stolen our property...

Never received payment
I sent my used cellphone in to this company, I had used them before with no issue, but this has been going on now for almost a full year (see below), I've never received my refeund for the phone they kept and the emails I send regarding the transaction are the same over and over again it's pending etc etc...I would like my refund or my phone back and nothing, there isn't even a place on website to send a "NORMAL" email or a phone # to contact, this is just ridiculous the amount of time that has gone by with no response.

Never received payment
My husband and I sent our old iPhones here in September of 2010 after reading an article on a reputable website that suggested it.
When we check the transaction on their website, it says it has been processed but no check has been cut. Note that it has been nearly a year.
Their site does not include a real e-mail address or a phone number for customer service. Wish I had noticed that before I wasted my time and money on them.

Scam
Phone sent in. Phone arrived. Phone verified. $114.00 not sent. Emails not answered. Seems to be a scam. Contacted Marion County Sheriff. Also contacting Florida DBPR to file a complaint. All company had to do is live up to their end of the deal. I refuse to let this die untiol I am either paid, or owner is arrested for fraud / theft.

Never Got Paid--Theft of Phone
Cellforcash.com is a complete scam. Forget local and state legal action, according to the FTC they are under investigation for interstate fraud. My iPhone was received by them on 7/15/10 and accepted on 7/29/10. No check yet. I have submitted numerous inquiries through their website as well as emailed the CEO, Mike Mosieur, at both addresses he's listed on this board. No response! Don't send your phone to them until they get every complaint settled...which will probably be never.

I will not do business with them ever again
I have used this iste before with no problems, but I sent them a phone at the end of October 2008. They have had my phone for at least 7 weeks with NO payment from the company. The company states you will receive payment within 30 days of receiving the phone. Also if you call them to find out about the status they DO NOT return any phone calss. So please BEWARE of this company as I will not do business with them ever again.

They claim to send you a check after 45 days for the amount specified for your phone. I have sent them two emails inquiring with no response, and of course their website has no phone # listed.

Never Got Paid
I sent in my used Blackberry Storm smartphone to CellForCash.com to sell for cash on 7/10/10. The company acknowledged by email that the phone was received on 7/15/10. I received another email from the company on 7/20 telling me that my phone was received in non-working order. I immediately responded & explained that the phone had been fully charged and was in perfect working order when shipped to them. On 7/21, their customer service department emailed and explained that they made an error, and in fact they had verified that the phone WAS in fact working and that my transaction would be approved. According the transaction information provided on their website, payment in the amount of $52 would be issued for the phone within 45 days of the verification (7/21/10). 45 days passed and I have received no payment or any communication from the company. I emailed their customer service department for a status on 9/13/10 and have not received any response.

Breach of Contract
I have been trying to verify my check status for awhile, though not nearly as long as many others on this site. I have tried calling and emailing customer service and Mike Mosieur directly after it seemed he was addressing people's issues on this board to determine when my check will be cut and the amount (since there is now a variation) without a satisfactory response. I do not mind waiting a bit longer, however I want to know when I can expect payment for the items sent in good faith. I could have easily sold my 3G 16GB iPhones x2 on Craig's list or through the local newspaper and been better off given what I am reading here. I simply want what was agreed upon when I shipped my phones; the disclaimer applies to both parties.
Mike, if you are still reading these boards, my information is as follows:
Transaction ID: 386405
Verified Date: 7/2/10
Tested & Scanned Value: $288.
I have done some research of my own and will be filing a complaint with the NC DOJ and the FBI Internet Crime or IC3 (http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx) on September 1st if I continue to get no response to my queries. I do not currently believe it is the intention of this company to defraud the American public per se, but rather poor financial management and good customer service and communication with the customer would go along way. Thank you.
