Never Got Paid
I sent in my phone but never received the cash. here is some of the email exchanges. It has been over 2 months since they confirm receipt and price.

Did not get paid
Transaction #369893

My story is the same as so many others. cellforcash.com accepted my phone in November 2009. I almost forgot about it. I emailed them in June and their customer service promised to forward my request to accounting for processing. I don't hear anything else. I email them again this week and they reply that the matter has been referred to accounting and there is no update. If Mike Mosieur, the CEO, is still reading this complaints board, please process my payment!

I have used cellforcash.com in the past multiple times without any issues. My check should have been issued on 03/05/2010 as per your payment policy. My phone was verified 01/19/2010.

My biggest issue is the lack of response from your company and being forced to post on a forum in hopes of receiving a response and my payment. Your automated response email upon submitting a transaction states: I encourage you to contact me should you have any questions, comments, suggestions or if you just need some additional information. Please email all inquiries to [email protected] and expect a reply within 2 business days.

I have submitted update requests via your website to ensure your company is receiving them and cannot get a response. I've sent from my yahoo, nothing. I call 800-627-2022 and no one answers.

Non Payment, Goods Recieved
I sent two orders in and received verification from Andrew that they were in fact received in October and November of 2009. In december Andrew said that I was set for payment, but I never received a check!

Both orders totalled over $4, 000. After numerous calls and e-mails, I was finally able to reach Mike Mosieur in January, 2010. He said that they had experienced many challenges, but assured me payment within 25-30 days.

Now that more than 60 days has past, he can't be reached. The 800# will only accept messages and the Customer Service Department will no longer respond to my e-mails. I have both of Mike's e-mail addresses and haven't heard back from any of my e-mails sent directly to him. I have now compiled over 60 contact attempts and have not heard from any one including Mike.

After reading the posts here and on ripoffreport.com www.ripoffreport.com/communications...rms/cellforcash-com-rms-communica-62966.htm - Cached I am trying to get someone to make this right!

I have done business with them over the past 5 years and never experienced this from them. If you are going to do business with them, do your homework first! The frustration of being ignored is bad enough, then pile on a monetary loss, it's horrible!

Seems like I'm joined by many, just look at any and all of the complaint boards and they're on them...Coincidence, bad information, people that have too much time on their hands and are complaining for nothing, people with bad attitudes??? You decide when it happens to you!

Never got paid
I am in the same boat as all the other people complaining about cellforcash.com. I sent my phone in and never got paid. I have tried calling and e-mailing the company, but they do not respond. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau but RMS Communications will not cooperate with them either. The Federal Trade Commission is also investigating them. A local television station here in Sacramento, California is running a story on their company and the fact that people are not getting paid. My transaction number is 369626 and I am owed $33.00. I will continue to pursue justice. I, too, e-mailed Mike Mosieur in hopes that he would make things right. He did not.

On November 30, 2009 cellforcash.com verified the cell phone I sent to them. They were supposed to pay me $52.00 for it, as of 2/7/2010 they have not issued me a check. Does anybody know if there is a way to file a class action lawsuit against them? I would like to recieve my payment or my phone back! What a scam! I have emailed them and contacted their customer service number (which you can only leave a message not talk to anybody) and received no response! I'm very ticked!

I sold a blackberry bold back in April and have still not been paid for my phone and now we are in Nov. I have used this service previously and have been paid on a timely manner but don't know what more to do with my last order since its been months without resolution. I am posting a complaint her since i found that others are having similar problems and i have not been able to resolve it thru the many email correspondence i have had with Cell4Cash. I just want this closed and paid or my phone returned.

Sold my blackberry storm ($140 dollars) have still not received my check. I have sent 3 e-mails, as that is the only option on the web site to contact the company and had no response other than saying someone will contact me in 72 hours (no one ever has). I sent this in back in August - it is now the end of October. Total scam. Should have sold it on e-bay.

Non Payment
Company advertises for old cellphones. They will assess your old cellphone once you mail it to them and then pay you an agreed upon amount for recycling. I sent an Ericsson P900 and was told I would receive $29.00 once they had processed it (checked to see if it was in good working condition). They received my phone and inspected it. That shows on their website, but they have not sent me a check for the phone. This looks to be a scam. I am surprised it is not out there as a scam on this site already. I contacted BBB and they received no response to their inquiry. The company has been listed with them as well. They have a bunch of other internet names listed on this website.
