I contacted them regarding my order not being processed or shipped on 01/20/09 and received a response on 01/21/09 stating the phone was on back order but would ship out "no later than the end of the next week." I waited, still no phone. Emailed again on 01/31/09 when order not processed, again response was it wil ship out no later than the end of next week. I waited, no phone. Emailed 02/18/09 and no response. I've called the phone number to contact and receive a recording to contact them on-line, they are not accepting phone calls. I have requested my money back as it appears I'm not going to receive the phone I ordered and paid for in Jan, paid $270.80. They are currently not answering emails or taking phone calls.

I have tried to be patient and willing to work with these people and they do not want to send my phone order or refund the $270.80 that they debited from my account the same day the order was placed. This company is a fraud and the people running it are theives. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM THE MONEY...

I ordered a cell phone on May 12th, 2008 did not receive it, in the beginning of June 2008, I cancelled they emailed me and told me to check my next statement. It is July 11th and I have seen nothing. I cannot reach them by phone or on line. I am so pissed off I can't tell you. This company should be inspected by major consumers groups. The company does not have a toll free no. or an 818 area code for the Wild cat group that they claim to be a part of. Internet search shows them to be part of this group based on articles from 2005. Maybe they stole thier identity. They are a fake.
