I purchased a Palm Treo 680 red phone which I paid $246.90 including S/H
on 10/05/2008 from cellularblowout with a order confirmation #181637.
Each time I sent an e-mail to this company throught their "status of your order" program, I receive a reply telling me that the order is in back order and will ship as soon as the company gets supply from the manufacturer. However if you want to cancel and get a refund, you have the option to do that but do not contact your bank for a refund of the cancellation.

I sent my 4th inquiry last night by cancelling the order and asking for a full refund including S/H and interest since the amount has reflected on my CC statement and I don't have a phone shipped out to me yet.
