CellularChoices.net internet cell phone company.
Above named company failed to pay rebate of $80.00 on a phones purchased. Terms of rebate are too difficult to meet, I would bet a very low percentage of customers actually get thier rebate. Ex: one must submit a copy of the phone bill which shows services between 180-210 days only. (I can see needing to wait for a specified amount of time to show you have actually are complying with terms of the phone contract, but what good reason is there for denying a claim for being a few days late). Our 6 month bill (and only the 6 month bill) "mysteriously" failed to arrive. By the time we noticed and got a copy online we missed the deadline. There is no easy way to contact the company (check out the website and see if you can get a phone number for anything other than ordering their product). Scroll over "satifaction gauranteed" and see what you get... (no links). The letter which denied our rebate claim had no return phone number or e-mail, only a PO Box in Minnesota. Customers beware! Buy only from stores where you have a chance to voice a concern.
