Not sure if this type of post should be here, but my experiences with them have all been fine… great actually. I just placed another order, which shipped the next day like the previous three orders (all placed over the last 18 months). In brief, they have so far always shipped very quickly and never made a mistake like sending the wrong product or leaving one out…received items were always what I expected, and their prices are second to none. That's why I just ordered again and why they're the first place I look when I need anything cell phone related. Maybe they're not great at resolving issues, I don't know because I've never needed to contact them after placing my order.

Ordered two items. One was a wide angle jelly lens for sell phone camera. They shipped a "6 image mirage" lens instead. I opened a service ticket 12 days ago explaining the problem, and not a single word or reply back on correcting the mis-shiped item. Luckely, it was only a $3 item, but I don't plan to order from them again based on this experience.

This place is a rip-off and a scam. Don't buy from them. They sent me a bluetooth headset which was in a box that looked like it had just been stuffed in there. Box all torn up with no owners manual or a guide on how to use as it states on the outside of the box. I sent back via Fed-ex (I have confirmation that they received) but after numerous emails have never received a response. Only the autoresponder that they received my email.

When I call the number just get 'this number has no one available to take your call, please call back later.' I call back and get the same message. Have tried SEVERAL times over a period of three days. Run from this company as fast as you can. They are lousy and they don't know who they are dealing with. I will report them to every agency I can -- did this for another company that ripped me off and they are now out of business. I WILL do the same to this company!!!
