Fraudelent charges
I wish to complain about this company's fraudent business practices. I was lured into a free trial offer. After having the cream for a few days, I was sent an additional product from this company. I called them to tell them I didn't want it, and wanted to return the unopened package. They gave me a cancellation number, but refused to take back the product that they charged my master card and took $89.97 for. I emailed them and they offered me a $30.00 courtesy refund.
I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and sent them a copy of the email correspondence. The Better Business Bureau informed me that Cellurez had offered me a $50.00 courtesy refund, and would allow me to keep the product.
I refused this offer as well. The product doesn't work and I don't want it. I want them to return my money - $89.97 and I will return their product.
Better Business has closed the file, but will keep the complaint for three years and it will be part of the report they issue to the public.
Can you help me with this matter?

Misleading and unwanted subscriptions
Cellurez invites potential customers to try an anti-cellulite cream for $4.99. Included in their website is a large certificate with large lettering stating SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. However, under that certificate headline, it confusingly informs customers that they will have fifteen days to try the product, and then a line or two below, that they will have really only a few days to try the product because the fifteen days begins when you pay your $4.99, not when they ship it or you receive it. If you do not contact them within the so-called 15 days, they will mail you out another jar of cream--this time for $89.99!--For which they state they will take no refund or return other than within the FAKE 15 day period.
This company's tactics is to deliberately confuse the public. They get money from our credit card companies in the end, even if customers do not have to pay. And such tactics raise the bill for all of us with regard to our credit cards.
