Burying my husband on a Sunday. I made all the final arrangement for the service and picking out a coffin, where we were burying my husband. I was never told after 3 PM the price of the burial goes up to another $128.00. If you use your life insurance policy to pay for the funeral there is a service charge. I was never told of any of these things. I was under the impression once you sign a paper than nothing should be changed. Was I wrong. Everyone passed the buck stating the chapels should of told me after 3PM the price goes up. The cementary told me it is there discretion to charge the additional money. The reason for being late there was an accident on the parkway going to the cementary. Now I have to fight to get my money back.
