iam a customer of centennial and iam verry unhappy our bill is due the 3rd of the month my way of thinking is i have a couple of days after the 3rd to pay my bill because some times i dont get paid until the 4th or 5th oh no they shut my phone off so i went to my local store and the lady told me that my bill is due on the 3rd and the new bill ia also generated on the third so it looks like i owe for two months so i asked if we could change my billing date so it didn't do that and she said they use to be able to do that but they changed it so she said maybe if you try to have it automaticaly taken off of your debit or credit card it wont due that so my husband tried that and still 3rd it got shut off again so i went back and she looked it up and she said it should have not been shut off because it showed on the computer that it was set up for automatic payment before the 3rd of every month well we are still having problems i had to go back out their today 6/4/09 and the kid tells me you need to pay before the 3rd what i said to him wasn't very nice he said it showed that my card was rejected thats funny because it is a business credit card and my husband uses it every day and their customer service does stink really really bad and they told us that we would have to buy our contract out to well they can keep their contract and their service and since at&t took over its getting worse we now have to put our area code before we dial a local number now and we never had to before
