A technitian came to our house to change the gas meter without my concer of it/with out me asking for a change of the gas meter, and left without connecting it back. Therefor I have no hot water and the dryer doesn't work. I have three kids and they are not able to take a shower because the water is super cold and it is near low 50's degrees outside. I'm not able to wash cloth and dry them for my kids or I to go to school or work and when I called Center Point they told me that a technitian would come from 8:00 a.m-9:00a.m, but no one showed up. I called back and they told me that someone would come around 4:00 p.m-6:00p.m and I even left a note with my cellphone number for the technitian to call me whenever he arrived so that I could come home since I had to be at work. Once again no one came and I called again. They told me that someone would come from 6:30 p.m - 9:00 p.m, but I am sitting here writting this complain t around quater past 8:00 p.m and no technitian has came.
