cms sent me a letter last year stating that I did not have to pay mayo clinic for the surgery I had because the doctors and mayo screwed up. At that time I had paid mayo 800.00 dollars. Cms in their letter to me stated not to continue to pay them and they would give my money back All I had to do was provide three items of proof which I did March 2008. Today they send me a letter stating it is not clear what I want.

I am a disable Vietnam veteran on a fix income. Will you please help me.
