I order the product and waited and waited for near 2 weeks for delivery and never received my order . I called and complained and they sent my tracking number . I noticed that the product was not shipped until 10 day after I ordered it . I paid 12.86 for fed-ex ground and noticed the tracking was for 1st class mail . On top of that the package was lost in mail and was not insured by central chef . I called to see what they coud do about it and was told that instead of just shipping me anther they where going to hire a paskage finding company that specializes in finding lost mail . This was going to be a gift for a birthday, but scratch that . Its now 1 month later and I finally got it in . If I would have paid for for the item to be shipped by mail I wouldn't be upset . With me paying for fed-ex I was a bit angry . The customer service tech kept changing the subject when I would mention that I paid for fed-ex and got postal instead . I will never use central chef again !!!
