Deducted to much
I had an order in for Acai & Colo, I was suppose to pay just shipping, and they charged me 44.85 & 45.85. I e-mailed them and I have not heard a word out of them.

I ordered the trial acai pure just pay postage and they are charged my account $44.85 . Please reimburse me the $44.85 and they can keep the trial... I am no longer interested.

Draft account after cancel
Ordered product with "Frre Trail" before trail came drafted account twice.
returned sample and requested trail. No respobnse. Drafted from bank 3rd time. Attempted to obtain RMA (returned merchandise authorization) as required and can never get a person. Have returned all products, Probably will have to close bank accpunt. Rip Off, Scam.

was not to charge my account it was a free trial , charges me twicw.
tHIS COMPANY WAS ON MY MSN, THEY ADVERTISE A FREE SAMPLE OF THEI PRODUCT, THEY HAD OPRAH PICTURE SAYING THAT IT WORKED, I WAS ONLY SURPOSE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING, THEY HAVR CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY DEBT CARD. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM IT IS A SCAM.

charges made
I received the item I thought I was getting at the trial price of 4.95, but they included other things which was charged to my card for 49.00. I returned the items the same day I received them, which was October 15th--I called the company and cancelled my order on that day as well. On my November credit card statement I had a charge of 39.95. I have emailed them many times as well as call--now when I call all i get is a busy signal. I have contacted my credit card to block any more charges to this company.

forced reorders and charges
I can now get at a store what Pomclear can't give me. Freedom to get the product at will and according to my pockectbook. Pomclear does not send re-oder forms for the product, but do have order forms for their other products. Instead you are automatically enrolled to receive monthly orders and charges. I did e-mail and got a cancellation reply. We will see in a month. I still await a response for a return authorization. The good news is I found a similar product who lent it's product for clinical testing and reviews. It is also available in stores. Pom Wonderful can be researched on line and found in stores.

I have a charge on my credit card and I do not remember ordering anything from this company and I would like my money back. CANCELL ! THE ORDER

unauthorized charges
I was charged on my bank account for a product I did not order. I am demanding a full refund in total of $44.85. I have already notified my local bank of this occurence.

over charge
I was over charged for the Pomclear and the Acaipur.
This company is ripping people off and geting by with it. Someone needs to put a stop to this.
