order number 1518195. i have been holding on the phone for over an hour trying to get thru and get an RMA number to return merchandise back to the above company. this is ridiculous to be holding on this long . a recording comes on that there is a wait of 85 minutes. are you kidding me. i want an RMA number e-mailed to me for the above order as
there is no legitimate reason to be holding on so long. what do they have one person working the phones.

The web site for the free sample of Aci Pure was set up so that people have to uncheck boxes before submitting their order. Usually, orders are placed online & the customer is allowed to preview this order before final submission. This web site did not allow that, and it also did not allow the customer to see the final order as submitted. If you were not quick enough to "uncheck" the boxes for additional products (which you do not want) those products were automatically added to your order. This is cheating and fraudulent. Their solution to "refunds" is to allow you to call a # which has a wait time of 70 minutes plus. ...Or, you can contact a website, which is also unresponsive. I intend to get my money back and I intend to do whatever it takes to shut this cheating fraudulent company down.

Order a free trial of Acai Pure via internet. The charge of $4.95 was to be added to my credit card. When I received the order they had included products I did not order and charged my credit card an additional $39.90 which was unauthorized. I have tried to contact the company for 2 days via phone and have been unable to speak to a representative. I have been on hold both times for over an hour and then disconnected.

I received products I did not order. What a ripoff I should sue I will return products and expect full refund plus shipping and willl not pay restocking charges

I ordered a trial offer for POMClear on 9/27/08. When it arrived there were 2 more items shipped, Hoodiburst gum and Hodia water 1 unit. The total for this shipment was $44.85. Two weeks later there was a charge on my credit card for a 1 month supply for POMClear for $39.95. I returned the original order understanding there would be a 15% restocking charge. I called the company on 10/24/08 and spoke to a Carter Davis and was told they charges would come off my credit card which they have not. I have been trying to call every week since then and am on hold for over an hour and noone ever answers. All I want is my credit card charges to be reversed. I guess like many others that have ordered from this or similar companies have been taken advantage of. This sounds like a phony company but they get you roped in by saying Oprah Winfrey takes these products, boy was fooled and have learned a valuable lesson. I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau to make an official complaint against this company. Credit my card back $84.80 is all I want at the time and I better not get anymore charges.
