I was charge on my account $44.85 when I should have been charged $2.95. I've been trying to call the number that is on the order form and know one answers the phone, the only thing you get is music. I have also tried to email them also and there is no response. I believe that this is a company that is doing fraudulent business and should be handled by the appropriate authority. They also have another item that they have done the same thing with it is the Green Tea Extreme. I would like to have some feedback on what to do next to be refuned my money back. I don't frember the website in which it came up on.

I ordered a free trial "sample" but recieved a billing for a larger
quantity and a charge of $44.85. Any attempt to use the phone
Numbers provided required a hold time of 66 minutes or 77 minutes depending on which number called. Also, the return
policy is mind numbing and arcane .

Last week I filed a dispute with the credit card company.
Today I recieved the order in the mail, there was no indication
on the outside of the package asto its contents. A note inside
suggests that there is a penalty for returning the order and of course, I did not order this stuff.

for what should have only been $1.00 plus $4.95 s/h. When I try to call the customer service number, I am told my wait time was 2 minutes and 22 seconds. After 30 minutes of hearing the same looped music, no one answered. I called on a second line and was told that my wait time would be 45 minurtes and 12 seconds. I was calling to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number from customer care.

I ordered a free trial Acai Pure. I was supposed to pay shipping only 1.95. They sent me Hoodiburst gum and hoodiawater and charged my account 41.85. I am not interested in the Hoodiburst gum or the hoodiawater. Please discontinue this order, do not charge my account. I am returning the products.
