They never cancel orders
Company mails when a order is not placed.
Customer service you never get ahold of. Wait times are never lower than 35 minutes on hold.

Acai Pure
I had ordered the free trial for $4.95 shipping and handling, however they continue to ship twice at $44.90 each time. I did not sign up for any additional shipments after the first freebie. I want them to stop!

ACAI Pure Capsals
I order a trial order of ACAPURE Capsals and not only did I get it, but got some other thing called Hoodit which I never order. Upon trying the firts bottle, I automatically got a second one, which I did not order. I immediately returned it unopened to the address indicated and they billed me anyway. I now have a third order that I am again returning unopen and requesting refund. If these people don't get it straight that I DON"T WANT THE PRODUCT and quit billing me, I am going straight to the BBB and Consumer REPORTS. PLEASE STOP SENDING THIS STUFF AND BILLING ME!!! Lalana

Sending product not ordered and charging me for them
I ordered a FREE sample of Acai Pure Trial on-line and agreed to pay only shipping at $4.95. I received the Acai Pure Trial at $.00 and Hoodiburst gum at $9.95 not authorizied and Hoodiawater 1 Unit at $29.95 not authorizied. Then on the shipping form they say I am responsibile for a restorking fee of 15%. This is a real scam as far as I am concerned.

Overcharged & Unordered Product
Ordered a trial and got charged for and subsequently charged for product not agreed to. Could not contact them - wait time was over half an hour to talk to someone. When I DID finally get through (actually the wife waited over 40 minutes to speak with someone) was told they have over 5, 000 (that's five thousand emails) in their box. Guess they did this to a whole lot of other people too. They need to be stopped.

sent products I didn't order and charged my credit card
I ordered a "free" sample of AcaiPure "as advertised on Oprah" and gave my credit card number
to pay the $4.95 shipping.
I received an order with the Acaipure and two other products which I did not want or order and was
charged $45.00 for. I sent several emails - no reply. I tried to call the number and there was a
45 minute wait "due to the popularity of their products."
You can send the products back; pay postage and a 15% stocking fee and a certified mail fee.
We are contacting our credit card account to let them know about the scam; We're also sharing
on sites like this to help warn others.

charging my account and not sending product
This company has charged my account twice in 12 days and i have only recieved on product. I have tried several times to contact them and left an email and have yet to hear from this company. This is company has not honored their side of the product I purchased. This needs to be reported to the BBB.

Billing without products
I received the trial offer and then was billed on 10/9 for 39.99 and again on 10/24 for 29.99 and never received anything. Don't want the products.12

improper charge
Returned product after supposedly free test of product, yet received charge for shipment though returned timely. Never again...nothing is free except BS.
