i had ordered a free sample of acai pure trail sample plus shipping of 4.95. they sent hoodiburst gum (9.95) and some hoodiawater 1 unit (29.95) i returned both at my expense. did not ordered these. also they have billed my credit card for a another shippment on oct 12, without my permission. please help they are crooks.

I have attempted to contact this company several days in an attempt to geet a return mail label. Either the line is busy or you are put on hold until tyhe close of business. I am at a loss.

Describes on line, you can try a free months supply for just shipping, Not True, they actually charge you $44.95 before your free trial is up. I would guess they put you on a auto shipment so they can continue charging you.

Just got off line with Emma on live chat with AcaiPure. She would Not answer any questions about what I was joing, just kept telling me about the product. She would not tell me if I was going to be charged any more fees. She just wanted me to fill out the request form and let it sllip that by doing this I was joing. When I asked her what was I joining she went back to describing the product.

I too, have the same complaint. I did not authorize any purchases other than the trail offer. These are indeed fraudulant charges and I am requesting that 39.95 be immediately placed back into my account, otherwise I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning your fraudulant operations. Furthermore, the product does not WORK! As stated earlier, I expect that my money be placed back into my account immediately.
