Free sample
I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone. I need someone to give me the authorization #, so I can return the NOT ordered merchandise. This ad was on a TV website. WRAL has a lady who investigates this type of complaint. This is not the way to do business. I am going to contact her as soon as I get her e-mail. This is not right. I can not even get my state entered into the box. It will not take it not can I pull it up. What goes around comes around.

ordered trial bottle Acai

I ordered a trail bottle for $1.00 and shipping $4.95. Rec'd extra product in the amount of $39.90 which I didn't order. Been trying to call them for 3 days. No answer, just says they are experiencing high call volume!! No kidding. I will return the products and hopefully get a credit. I am reporting this as a dispute on our credit card and will not pay it. Customer in Iowa

I agreed to a free sample of pomclear trial 1 month supply. When I received it I also received Hoodburst gum and Hoodwater 1 unit. My credit card was charged for the 2 hood products which I did not order or authorize.

Ordered only Acai Pure
I ordered only the free bottleof Acai Pure and was to only pay for shipping and handling, I received a package from the above company 2 days ago and had 2 more items in the bags of which were charged to mycredit card. I am attempting to reach Central Coast in order to obtain a delivery confirmation and a RMA number from Customer Care. Please help me asap obtain these 2 numbers.

Charged my credit card without my approvel
Charged me for products I did not order using my credit with out my approvel I wanted to send it back and they charged me for a free trail plus 2 products that I never order at the cost of 44.00 dollars and has the worst customer service I have ever experianced in my life...

charge for "free" trial & items not ordered
I ordered a free trial. They ask for your credit card to pay the 1.85 in shipping. Then they charged my card 41.85 for additional items I didn't order! Can't get them on the phone. But I live in Seminole florida, I'll go to the office. Isn't there someplace to make a business complaint?!

spillage of ordered material
I ordered for Celebrity Smile Trial and when it arrived it spilled already and the paper that went with it was already wet and I was not even able to use it twice. There is nothing that came out with it anymore. I felt cheated with the shipping cost that goes with it.

fraudulant billing
I ordered a free Acai Pure Trial and was billed $4.95 as agreed upoon in the advertisement. When I Received my Master charge bill, it included a charge of 39.95 fr an additional bottle which I neither ordered nor received.
